This 4 week program is what I will personally be doing as well as my Kickass Boot Camp girls! Follow along and receive expert programming (3-4 day split workouts) a week. Ideal for the busy person who only has limited time but wants to make sure they are as efficient as they can be in the shortest amount of time.
