DETAILS: All bootcamps will run for 8 weeks. You are welcome to sign up for 1, 2 or 3 of the sessions per week. These workouts are strength based workouts - 3 different splits each week so if you register for more than once a week you will not repeat the same workout. If you sign up for 3 in a week you will recieved my STRONG BODIES online program for free.

PRICE: $240 plus GST per 8 week session.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND POLICIES:

These bootcamps are for all ages and abilities but some weight lifting experience is preferred. If you have any serious injuries, please reach out to me before registering so I can decide whether or not this is suitable for you.

Bootcamp numbers are small to ensure individual attention from myself so FORM and the appropriate weights are being used be each client.

These workouts are strength based workouts - 3 different splits each week so if you register for more than once a week you will not repeat the same workout. It will be highly encouraged to complete 3 strength days each week. For example, if you do 1 bootcamp session - 2 more workouts on your own is recommended. Not mandatory of course, but obviously results will be slower and small if you are only doing 1 real STRENGTH DAY A WEEK.

NO MAKE UPS - if you miss a session, and cannot find someone to switch days or to take your missed class you miss.

STRONG BODIES APP - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AT AT 40% DISCOUNT. All Kickass Bootcamp girls are highly encouraged to commit to 2-3 extra lifts on top of the sessions they do with me. This APP will keep you focused and on track with the program i will be running at bootcamp. GYM MEMBERSHIP IS NOT REQUIRED TO USE APP, BUT SOME EQUIPMENT IS NEEDED.
